Cant connect to my iPhone. Online customer service and over the phone was terrible, no product knowledge what so ever. Simply it doesnt work!

The app is a half efforts try by a company that seemingly is trying to get into the GOPRO market with a two star for effort attempt. Save your money and spend the extra hundred for the go pro.

The Re is a lot of fun for spontaneous on the go photos and videos. We picked up the camera last Friday. The only complaint is the syncing process can be a little hit or miss sometimes.

Dec. update: give us some details on what was fixed!!! Fix your homepage too!! -ok manual, a few setup issues that arent addressed. -actual camera housing is fine. -could be very good for casual user, IF HTC stays on top of the software, ui, and such... -clicking "app support" brings you to the "buy me" page BAD BAD BAD

RE camera works great on my htc phone, but will not connect to my iPad 2 via Bluetooth. Please fix...

Im unable to get my re to connect to the app, not via iphone or ipad! Not sure what the issue is but there isnt much information out there!!

this little camera works great for what it is!! and the app would too, except they dont tell you that some devices arent compatible with the app! I have an iphone 4. With the app, my RE will not connect via bluetooth. with other devices, for example my iphone 6, it does connect. unfortunate. wouldnt recommend buying this camera or the app if you dont have a newer phone!!!!

I generally think this is a great application and awesome and fun camera. But I think given that fact that you can pair it with the iPhone I would think the you should be able to make it even more powerful. Also, Onedrive support would be spectacular especially since I think it is one of the only options to have unlimited storage which you need with lots of HD videos.

Great app! A little difficult to connect at first but works great once connected. I couldnt figure out if it was the device or the phone. But after talking to customer service, who led me through a device reset (remove SD card, hold down shutter and pushing the reset button next to the SD card slot) and a power cycle (holding down shutter for two seconds and snapping a few pictures), the device showed up in the app. Live view is a nice touch. A little laggy, but works. It seems you can only use cellular data connection to upload photos and videos while connected to the cameras wifi. Which means youll need to save the pictures onto your phone first, disconnect from device wifi, then connect to your wifi.

App opens up the capabilities of the RE! Once paired works well if a little slow(as all wifi direct apps do). The view finder is helpful and the time lapse settings are only accessible via the app. Other action cams require a usb cable to a PC to review media, this helps you stay mobile!

Really great camera and Awesome app

This app works as promised. However, the app is restricted for installation on iPhones or iPods. Why in the world is this app not also available for use on iPads?!

Please try to find a new way to connect the RE with the app because you cant connect as soon you open the app. The process of open the RE app the go to settings and connect wifi with the RE and then go to the RE App is to much steps.

The app is fast and reliable! Works very well and adds a lot of cool features.
